How  does it work? We set up a session in Google Meet, which does not require special software, just a browser. We walk through training exercises, with the trainer demonstrating the exercise, or perhaps showing a short video.​

 

Communication is encouraged - we want to make sure all of your questions are answered! After the session, you receive a write up with all of your notes and homework.​ We use YouTube to create personalized Playlists with videos for you to refer while practicing.

And of course, we are always available to you via email or phone to support your practice!​

 

Initial 1 hour Online Session: $135.00

Single Follow Up Sessions: $120.00

Package of 3 one hour sessions $330.00
